Cecily KayHARMER(nêe Sprackett) Died peacefully at Abbots Barton Care Home in Winchester on 25th August 2024, aged 86. Dearly loved by her husband, Mike, and children, Phil & Loui and their families. Funeral to be held at Chelmsford Crematorium on 18th September 2024 at 12.30pm.
